DMS Electronics - Changing the Game

DMS Electronics is a company that has grown steadily over the past 30 years. In FY 2009/10 the company migrated to a Business Unit based organizational structure that required a adjustment/alignment of the leadership roles of the management teams.

Unleash Talent Inc. is engaged on a consulting / training intervention with the Management Team to develop a Leadership Competency Framework and revise corporate Values to support the transition to the new organizational structure and drive future business success.The intervention includes:

• Jan-Feb 2010: Need Assessment and Co-creating the intervention
• March 2010: Residential Unlearning Workshop for Management Team at Wild Drift's Belihul-oya training facility in preparation for a fresh look at their leadership role
• April 2010: 2 Day Changing the Game Workshop for Management Team to introduce the Changing the Game concept and the how to develop a Leadership Competency Framework
• October 2010 onwards: Consulting sessions with a selected team of Managers on creating the Leadership Competency Framework and Values Framework
