CIC - Leadership Competency Framework

Unleash Talent Inc. is working with a hand-picked team of Senior Managers to carve out a set of Leadership Competencies that will help drive CICs future success.

Currently 5 Competencies have been identified and preliminary cascading to the 7 levels in the Leadership Pipeline (ref. Drotter, Charan, Noel) is complete. The framework will be presented to the Senior Management team for feedback in October, and will be finalized over the next few months.

The framework will be an integral part of Performance Assessments of Managers from FY 2011/12 onwards
