CIC - Changing the Game

Unleash Talent Inc is working with the Senior- and Middle-management teams of CIC to assist the Strategic Business Units (SBUs) deliver stretched results over the next 2-5 years. The intervention includes:

• Feb-March 2010: Need Assessment and Co-creating the intervention
• April 2010: Residential Workshop for Senior Management team to introduce the Changing the Game concept and the how to develop a Leadership Competency Framework
• April 2010 onwards: Consulting sessions with Business managers on developing their Game-Changing plans (presented to CEO in September-October)
• August 2010: Residential Workshop for Middle Management teams of SBUs
• November 2010: 1-Day Workshop for Middle Management teams of Shared Service Units (SSUs)
